Megan's reports strong growth, employs 200 new team members & appoints two new directors to support their future growth plans

South-west London neighbourhood restaurant group Megan’s has reported strong growth, employing 200 new team members, and has also appointed two new directors to support their future growth plans.

The 13-strong brand has announced ‘ambitious growth plans’, confirming a total of 22 sites by the end of 2022.

Since reopening, Megan’s have confirmed an impressive pipeline for their future growth. The new openings will take the business to 16 locations by the end of 2021, employing a total of 750 team members. Their new site pipeline includes Dulwich Village, Richmond & Marlow.

They have attracted strong industry names, recently appointing Operations Director, Christobell Harrington-Jones, previously Operations Director at wagamama & Mitchells & Butlers, & People Director, Adam Truelove, former Head of People at Cote Brasserie. Both come with a wealth of experience across the industry.

Against the backdrop of the pandemic, pingdemic & industry-wide team shortages, the restaurant group are recruiting a further 100 team members, with roles across the estate & in the support office, to drive their ambitious plans & exciting growth over the coming years.
