AccorInvest acquires further share in Orbis

AccorInvest has acquired a further 12.8% stake in Orbis, following a public tender offer launched in February this year.

AccorInvest now owns 98.6% of Orbis, which owns and operates 73 hotels in six countries across Eastern Europe, under the Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure and Ibis brands.

AccorInvest intends to acquire 100% of Orbis shares in due time.
