First new restaurant at Cheltenham’s Quadrangle is revealed

26 July 2021

The new Quadrangle has announced that Bristol-based Bosco Pizzeria is joining Cheltenham’s restaurant scene, as the first restaurant to take up tenancy in the building as a multi-million-pound renovation is now complete.

Bosco Pizzeria will be firing up its pizza oven and bringing its authentic Italian cuisine to Cheltenham in December.

The restaurant will offer dine in and takeaway by the end of the year, and will occupy a spacious corner unit with views of both the Promenade and Imperial Gardens.

The fit out will include an open kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven – creating a modern and vibrant dining space.

Inspired by a love of Italy and its simple yet flavoursome cuisine, Bosco in Cheltenham will serve classic Italian comfort food that doesn’t compromise on flavour – including its renowned pizzas, pastas, cured meats and authentic side dishes.

The Cheltenham restaurant will be Bosco’s fourth venture, with two popular eateries in Bristol already, and another due to open in Bath in August 2021.

Miles Johnson, founder and owner of Bosco Pizzeria, said: ‘We’re thrilled to be bringing Bosco to Cheltenham. And the Quadrangle is the perfect location for us, right in the heart of the town.

‘There seems to have been huge excitement about the refurbished building too and it’s fantastic to now be a part of that. It’s one of the reasons we were attracted to the space, it was exactly the right fit and knowing what’s worked so well for us in Bristol, we can absolutely see how our new home in the Quadrangle will allow us to do that too.’
