The UK’S first pop themed crazy golf is coming to London

15 April 2021

Brand-new crazy golf concept, Pop Golf, will open this May at BOXPARK Wembley

Launching May 17th, Pop Golf is set to offer a completely unique social experience for crazy golfers and 21st-century pop music fans, built on the belief that nothing brings people together like music and play. The venue features a course of nine pop-themed holes paired with a killer sound system. From Drake’s ‘Hotline Bling’ to retro 80’s boomboxes and suspended cassette tapes, each hole is completely unique and has been designed to offer the experience of stepping straight into a music video.

Far from the generic crazy golf venue, Pop Golf’s music-first ethos will be bolstered by cutting edge audio technology, forward-thinking playlist curation from industry experts showcasing the best new tracks, and exclusive content from up & coming acts, making Pop Golf the ultimate 21st century pop music fan zone.

With interactive audio technology set to disrupt the immersive experience, the brand’s debut venue includes a Martin Audio sound system, slick pop culture photo opportunities and infectious play.

Partnering with brands including KARMA’s organic soda range, Toast lagers and IPAs, Lollipop cocktails, Salty Dog crisps, Green Cola and more, Pop Golf will celebrate independent and ethical drinks and snacks brands, while providing the tastiest menu.

The venue design is a collaboration between Zachary Pulman Design Studio - the man behind the new mini golf concept at Top Golf USA - and experience design experts Smith & Devil Creative Studio.

Owner of Pop Golf and Founder of Mighty Adventures, a chain of family adventure golf parks, Allan Saud said of the new venture:

“Our mission with Pop Golf was to create a rich experience that tells a story. This is not just another standard crazy golf course, this is a celebration of music. From the design to the innovative and sustainable drinks menu, to the team behind it and the brands we’re partnering with, pop music has led the way. We want our guests to rock up to Pop Golf, have an awesome time and leave feeling that music has the power to change the world!”
