Loungers plan site in Llandudno

Loungers is planning to open a new site in Llandudno.

The business to move into the M&Co clothes store on 2-6 Gloddaeth Street. 

Currently, the unit is occupied but M&Co will be vacating the building and potentially relocating elsewhere within the town centre. The   grade II-listed property has been marketed and no interest in retail has been received.

Loungers has applied to Conwy Council for change of use planning permission for the building.

A planning document submitted as part of the application said the applicants have had a requirement to open a Lounge restaurant café/bar in Llandudno for a number of years They previously obtained planning permission for a change of use at 55 Mostyn Street but were not able to proceed with these premises for a number of reasons.
