Searcys appoint Paul Jackson as Managing Director

Restaurant and event catering company Searcys have announced the appointment of new managing director Paul Jackson.

Leading Searcys through this significant time, Jackson joins from Portico, where he held the same position, and is overseeing Searcys through the re-opening of their sites and restaurants. Jackson has formerly held positions as managing director of event caterer Ampersand and operations director of CH&Co, before joining Searcys from 1 July 2020.

Commenting on his appointment, Jackson said: "Searcys is a phenomenal brand that has been prevalent in this industry since 1847. There is so much heritage ingrained in the company, with some wonderful venues and an impressive team of people striving hard to deliver the best service and quality to their customers. I am delighted to be joining the Searcys family and continuing to see it grow is my drive from here.
