Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa unveils exclusive Wilderness Spa

A Scottish island hotel has unveiled the final stage of an extensive, multi-million-pound refurbishment.

The four-star Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa, which sits on Craignure Bay, has opened the doors to its brand-new ‘Wilderness Spa’, following the launch of Driftwood Spa last summer – marking the completion of a £1million investment in the hotel’s spa facilities, in addition to an initial £3million refurbishment of the wider Crerar Hotels property.

Extending the spa’s calming indoor environment, ‘Wilderness Spa’ is located on a secluded outdoor decking providing a private Thermal Experience for guests to enjoy amidst the wilderness of Mull.

This private spa retreat offers guests the chance to enjoy the outdoor hot tub, bucket shower and day beds, as well as the sauna – with guests receiving Dry Robes to cosy into during their experience.

John De Villiers, General Manager, said: “The Wilderness Spa concludes the investment and refurbishment of the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa, which is perfect timing for the upcoming summer season.

“We are proud to be able to offer a private sanctuary for those looking to drift away and truly relax and rejuvenate whilst staying with us.

“Guests will be surrounded by nature whilst being able to admire the stunning views across Craignure Bay, before taking advantage of the new Thermal Experience and cosy snug. Its completion really cements our place as an idyllic, coastal spa retreat.”
