New bar to replace Prezzo at Yate Shopping Centre

Ellandi, represented by Savills, has secured new lettings to Shan’s Cabaret Bar and Kitchen, Savers and House of Luxxe, along with an upsize and relocation for Yours Clothing at Yate Shopping Centre in South Gloucestershire.

Shan’s Cabaret Bar is opening at Unit R3, formerly Prezzo, which provides 3,460 sq ft on the ground floor.

Their website says the site will be a "premier cabaret bar with great music and tribute acts playing alongside our very own house band. A complete evening of entertainment hosted by our compère, Phil Detroit. A vast selection of drinks, cocktails and delicious food to suit all tastes will be served to your table."

Yours Clothing has opened its store at 3-5 South Walk, a 3,421 sq ft (317 sq m) unit after signing a new 10 year lease. Savers has also agreed a 10 year lease on the 3,224 sq ft (300 sq m) unit at 16-18 West Walk. House of Luxxe, a new barbers and beauty salon has signed a new five year lease at the 785 sq ft (73 sq m) 8 West Walk.

Yate Shopping Centre is the principle retail offer for Yate and the surrounding area and is home to over 100 retailers. F&B sites include Loungers, Boswells Café, Costa, Domino’s, Esquires Coffee, Greggs, Kaspa’s deserts, McDonald’s and Papa John’s.
