New nightclub and restaurant opening in Swindon town centre this weekend

A new bar, restaurant and nightclub will be opening in Swindon town centre soon.

For the last few months, a building that has sat empty in Fleet Street for some time has been slowly transformed into two separate venues. 

Numbers 2-4 Fleet Street, directly opposite the Drink Valley microbrewery, will soon be The Cow - a bar and restaurant selling a variety of English pub grub and Nepalese cuisine - and Yolo - a 'premium' nightclub that will also host live music and themed events. 

Workers have been turning the derelict building into two new establishments, with The Cow set to be situated on the ground floor, and Yolo upstairs. 

The Cow and Yolo will be opening on Friday, December 15 for invited guests and then opening to the general public for a trial on the following Saturday. 

Then, a soft opening will take place around the new year, before an official grand opening sometime next year.
