Hoxton Bakehouse open larger site in Southampton and two more in the pipeline

Founded by former chefs, husband-and-wife dup Florence Hellier and Darren Bland, Hoxton Bakehouse is an artisan bakery which has been providing goods to top restaurants across the country since 2014. Alongside this, they have opened three of their own coffee shops, with new sites opening in Petersfield and Bishop's Waltham before the end of the year.

What started as a small-scale production, has now expanded to three bakeries in Winchester, Lymington and Southampton. What’s more, Hoxton Bakehouse supply more than 60 hotels and restaurants including Angela Hartnett’s Lime Wood, Chewton Glen, The Pig, Four Seasons, River Cottage and The Greyhound on the Test, Stockbridge .

Their signature sourdough is freshly baked every morning alongside croissants and Viennoiserie, Nordic buns and sandwiches, plus speciality coffee roasted at Winchester-based River Coffee Roasters.

Their Southampton branch has recently closed and is reopening at a new larger site today.
