Peter Pizzeria opening larger site in Loughborough

Leicestershire's Peter Pizzeria is opening a new, larger location in Loughborough.

Now, the brand, which is also known as Peter and That's Enough, will open the new restaurant, in Baxter Gate on Saturday, 31st October.

Formerly the home of burger restaurant Fenways, Peter's new Loughborough site has more than double the seating capacity of the current restaurant in Ashby Square.

The new pizzeria will have a new menu, and has now added a new a cocktail bar with trained cocktail bartenders and baristas.

Plus, the new venue also has an outdoor covered area, with a bar and plenty of seating, which is being named the 'Green Room'.

The plan is to use this for larger functions, music events and parties.

Peter Pizzeria launched in Ashby Square, Loughborough, in 2013, and since then has been providing authentic, traditional, Neapolitan pizza, made fresh on site each day.

The Ashby Square pizzeria will continue to operate until the Baxter Gate site opens.
