Town Hotels preparing to open fourth site in Liverpool

Development company Living Brick’s hospitality division is opening a hotel in Liverpool this spring on Duke Street, the divisions fourth site.

Duke St Boutique Hotel is to launch in March (lockdown permitting), offering 31 bedrooms over five categories – snug room, bijou room, roomy room, garden bunk and bunk room, as well as a penthouse.

Town Hotels is headed up by operations director, Duncan Stewart, with Matt Seed as general manager of the new hotel.

The other sites are The Chavasse Building Aparthotel, York Street Aparthotel and also The Baltic Hotel.
