Bangerz ‘n’ Burgerz secure restaurant in Havant for fifth site

Flude Property Consultants have agreed the lease assignment of a restaurant premises in Havant with a premium to Bangerz ‘n’ Burgerz.

The property is located in the centre of the town and is fully fitted as a restaurant on the ground floor, together with a self-contained first floor flat. Externally, there was parking and loading at the rear.

Bangerz ‘n’ Burgerz are a chain of restaurants that specialise in handcrafted burgers, craft ales and trendy artwork. They have restaurants across the South Coast and their newest location in Havant will be their fifth restaurant opening.

We have been able to sell the lease in what is a very tricky market for these types of opportunities. The end result is also great news for Havant because Bangerz ‘n’ Burgerz will make a fantastic addition to Havant Town Centre”.
