The ONE Group has opened a second site under its steak restaurant brand STK in London. The business, which has operated a site in the ME Hotel on the Strand for a number of years, has opened a site in Westminster, in the recently rebranded Doubletree by Hilton London. Hilton has rebranded the property under its Curio Collection portfolio. Located on John Islip Street about a mile from London Victoria station, the hotel has been reflagged and is now known as The Westminster London, following “a multimillion-pound” conversion programme.
