Thai restaurant chain Rosa’s look to open site in Greenwich

Thai restaurant chain Rosa’s has submitted an application to open a new branch at the former Saigon restaurant unit in Greenwich town centre.

The chain currently have 20 branches across the UK with most in London though also others in Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool.

20/1856/L | Internal alterations including removal of later partitions, removal of food hoist, new door openings to modern extension walls, alteration of stairs, removal of modern lowered ceilings, new partitions to form WCs, enlargement of rooflight opening and installation of new conservation style rooflights. General internal refurbishment including redecoration, new floor finishes, wall paneling and fixtures and fittings. Alterations to shopfront including removal of modern sign board and replacement of awning, replacement hanging sign, removal of tiles to stallriser with timber panelling, replacement of modern door with traditional panelled door, redecoration. Replacement of existing extract duct up rear facade extension of duct along existing extension flat roof, installation of 4 A/C condenser units on flat roof.
